There is no sweeter message than the grace of the Gospel that saturates the pages of the Bible. In the Scriptures, we learn all that God has done to finish our salvation through the work of Jesus Christ, so that we are saved not by how we live, but by how Jesus lived, and died, and rose again.
And yet at the same time, the Bible has a lot to say about how Christians should live. As God’s redeemed people, we are called to live wisely, not foolishly, in the areas of money management, sexual temptation, anger management, and being a good friend. In the sermon series — “Proverbs: Extraordinary Living for Ordinary People” — these and other topics will be examined. Visit our sermon podcast to hear previous sermons from this series.
